Presenting at ISTE Live

I was honored to present along with my colleage at the ISTE Live 2023 conference in Philadelphia. We presented two posters about Athens State's ActiveFlex format and taught other educators how using ActiveFlex can improve student engagement and retention. We also had the opportunity to learn a great deal about the use of technology in each aspect of learning.

Alabama Canvas Users Group

I was recently named to the Alabama Canvas Users Group Leadership Team. The Alabama Canvas Users Group consists of higher education institutions in Alabama who use the Canvas LMS. Each year, they hold a Users Group meeting to present topics of interest to the members. The 2023 meeting is scheduled for October 13th at Coastal Alabama Community College in Fairhope, AL.
